Quilted Handwoven Nettle and Hemp Yoga Mat

This Yoga mat is made of 100% handwoven nettle fabrics which were grown and cultivated in the Nepalese Himalayas.

The Bottom layer is 100% Nettle, the middle layer is Tibetan wool and the top layer is Hemp and Nettle. The mats are made only using the highest quality materials, the fabrics are quilted together to make it strong and keep the fabrics in place.

The yoga mat comes with a shoulder strap for easy carrying.

 With natural yoga mats, you can develop better poses than with latex/rubber mats as they do not get sticky when you sweat meaning you have to use your muscles and balance more in some asanas. As with other mats you can rely on too much grip to ‘stick” yourself in a pose. It may feel different in the beginning but is beneficial long term, these mats are similar to those used by the original Yogis in India and Nepal. No dyes, plastic or chemicals were used in the product or the supply chain.
