Wiggle Serving Bowl Primrose 35cm

Our Wiggle serving bowl has been specially crafted from cape clay in South Africa and is characterised by its shallow depth and gently curved sides giving it an organic, handcrafted feel.

The playful wiggle lines which stretch across its surface are formed from the negative space created using a wax resist technique, where wax is applied before a colourful glaze and then removed to reveal the natural colour of the clay beneath. A joyful yellow glaze covers the rest of the interior surface.

This Wiggle dinnerware series is part of our Abstract Charm collection, a celebration of art for the home through playful designs in energising colour palettes. In a bright and playful shades the pieces in our Wiggle range are designed to work together to bring joy to everyday dining.

Care Instructions

Suitable for use in a dishwasher.

To prolong the lifespan of ceramics we recommend handwashing using a soft cloth or sponge and mild dish soap. Dry pieces thoroughly after washing using a soft towel.

If using a dishwasher, we recommend using a low-temperature cycle and taking care not to overstack, ensuring there is space between the pieces, and there are no sharp objects that could scratch or chip the surface.

Not suitable for use in a microwave, freezer, or oven.

Abrasive sponges, scourers, or products should not be used.

If a piece of ceramic shows any sign of damage such as a crack or chip, we recommend to stop using it as damaged ceramics can suddenly fail and cause injury.
