Delivery Charges & Free UK Delivery
Enjoy free standard Royal Mail delivery on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat delivery charge of £2.99 applies. To qualify for free delivery, simply add products to your basket, and the charge will be automatically removed once your order reaches £50.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Occasionally, due to handmade stock levels or high demand, dispatch may take 2-3 working days—we’ll keep you informed if this affects your order.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 working days. Orders with personalised items may take longer, and we’ll notify you of the estimated delivery time during checkout.
Christmas Delivery
For Christmas orders, we recommend placing your order early to ensure delivery in time. Check our website for the latest Christmas dispatch deadlines to avoid disappointment.
Where Is My Order?
If your order hasn’t arrived, here’s what to do:
- Check the estimated delivery date in your dispatch email.
- Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email for updates.
If the tracking hasn’t updated in a few working days and it’s past the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your name and order number. Reach out via our contact form or email us at customer-support@scentimelti.co.uk, and we’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order from the moment it’s placed up to 14 days after receiving your goods, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us with your full name and order number via our contact form or email customer-support@scentimelti.co.uk.
Can I Return My Items?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet our return conditions (see our Returns & Refunds page for details). The buyer is responsible for return postage fees. To arrange a return, please contact us via our contact form or email customer-support@scentimelti.co.uk with your order details.
