Organic Lavender Aromatherapy Eye Pillow

Made with 100% (unbleached) natural cotton, and filled with organic lavender and organic linseed. Enhanced with organic lavender and eucalyptus essential oils. Ideal for alleviating headaches and insomnia, relaxing, use with yoga & meditation and on long flights.

Essential oils are purely derived from the plants, flowers and herbs. Aromatherapy, especially lavender, is widely believed to help promote calmness and wellness, and to help reduce stress and anxiety. 

• Lavender promotes pain relief, supporting relaxation and sleep and has anti-bacterial properties.
• Eucalyptus - boosts circulation to the brain which can help you feel rejuvenated and less sluggish. Also helps with cold symptoms.
• Place this over your eyes to relax. The weight of the pillow acts in the same way a weight-blanket would. Gently moulding to the contours of your face - it also blocks the light and combined with the weight can help boost serotonin and melatonin levels.
• Not recommended for pregnant women.
• Can be used as a cold compress (freeze for 30 minutes before). Not recommended for microwave. 
• Does not come with outer pouch - to clean lightly sponge with damp cloth.
• Approximately 20cm x 8cm x 2cm.
